Every two months or when the storage containers are completely full.
Means of Transportation
Used chemicals must be transferred in a subcontractor vehicle from the darkroom to the disposal site.

The attached format must be created by the Site Supervisor in the absence of a waste management authority-required form.
Until the chemicals are turned over at the disposal site for additional processing, the transporter is responsible for the chemicals while they are in transit.
The completed form, a copy of which the originator must keep on file, will serve as proof of delivery.
